Returns
DSTRAC Axles only permits items that have not been opened, installed or modified to be eligible for a return. Returns require prior authorization and must be made within 30 days from the date of shipment. A cash refund will only be made if your request for an RMA is obtained within SEVEN (7) Days of receiving your merchandise, otherwise you will be eligible for an in-store credit. No returns will be accepted on merchandise after 30 days.
If you’ve received your merchandise within the last 30 days, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by sending an email to: contact@dstrac.com. Please include the following information in the email:
- Your Name
- Invoice Number
- Part Number of the product(s) you’re returning.
Once we has received your request we will send you an RMA number and a form. Simply fill out the entire RMA form and return it with your merchandise. Securely package your item(s) for shipment, clearly marking the outside of the package with the RMA number and return the item(s) to us in new, unopened, condition within 30 days from the date of shipment.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 30%.
We will refund the full purchase price if the above requirements are met, minus ANY shipping charges, which are non-refundable. After receipt and inspection by DSTRAC Axles, any part showing evidence of being: used, installed, modified, installed contrary to instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
Gears, traction (e.g. lockers, limited slip devices, posi, etc), and master install kits will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Products must be in unopened original packaging or they will not qualify for a refund.
Many of our products are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranties and/or Guarantees and cover the merchandise for a certain period of time after your purchase. We are happy to assit you in working with the original manufacturer. Warranties are non-transferable.
Returns for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less any shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply. Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
DSTRAC Axles does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. KNB Axles shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of product defects.
The following items cannot be returned, NO EXCEPTIONS:
- ANY electrical items, including lights
- Custom or Special ordered items
- All DSTRAC Axles, including completed axles that have not yet shipped
Cancellation Policy Axle Assemblies:
- All refunds will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of 3%
- After 28 days, cancelled orders will be charged 25%, unless the axle housings have been fabricated, in which case 50% will be charged
- Cancelled orders for standard axles after the axle housings have been fabricated will be charged 50%
- Custom axle orders in which the axle housings have been fabricated are not refundable
Discount codes and sale prices:
All prices are final following the completion of purchase.
DSTRAC Axles strives to maintain fair selling practices, policies, and procedures. Every customer is valued the same. The following policies ad here to our fair pricing model, as well as state and federal laws.
Sale Prices: Sale prices are available to all customers during the stated dates on all printed and digital sale announcements. Immedaitely following the end of a stated sale period, discounts will no longer be made available under any circumstance. In addition, purchases made prior to a sale are not elegible for a price adjustment.
Discount Codes: At its sole discretion, DSTRAC Axles may create discount codes made available to specific groups, people, and/or entities. In order to receive the discount, it must be applied at the time of purchase. Any customer who returns a product in order to repurchase it using a discount code, will be denied the discount.
